Winchester, IN (October 10, 2016)-Noah Gragson piloting the No. 5 SpeedVegas Wauters Motorsports Toyota Camry posted an 11th place finish in the Winchester 400 Sunday afternoon. Gragson’s car broke a upper control arm on lap 42 and the Wauters Motorsports team was able to fix the part and send the young driver back out on lap 88 of the 400 lap race at Winchester Speedway.
“The Wauters Toyota Camry was really fast today. We broke a Control Arm on lap 42 and we had to come in for repair. When we got back out we were many laps behind, but still ended up with a P11 finish thanks to the hard work of the team and the preparation of the car.
“Our times were that if the leaders. Had we not had that early malfunction, I believe that we would’ve been up front with the leaders battling for the win. I’d like to thank Wauters, Toyota, SpeedVegas and Alert ID. Without everybody’s hard work and help, none of this would’ve been possible.”
